A Pennsylvania mom chased a man out of her daughter’s bedroom early Sunday morning after finding him passed out on the floor with his pants down.

“What are you doing in my daughter’s bedroom?” the mother yelled as she kicked the 23-year-old man. He quickly fled the house and sat on the front porch, according to WTAE.

Miguel Meza’s breath smelled of alcohol, a criminal complaint filed against him said.

Authorities in Pittsburgh reported that the mother fired two shots into the sky while the intruder remained on the porch, grabbing the attention of four other men. They subsequently pulled him into a neighboring house.

Initially, no one responded when the police reached the scene. However, someone eventually opened the door, leading to the discovery of Meza hiding beneath some covers in a closet.

No other details of the incident were provided.

Meza is now facing charges of criminal trespass and public intoxication, with a court date scheduled for October 9. He received a $5,000 bail, though court documents indicate he’s unable to pay it.
