Kayshon Boutte’s Charges Related To Online Gaming

New England Patriots wide receiver, Kayshon Boutte, has been arrested in Louisiana for charges related to online gaming. Kayshon Boutte, who previously played for LSU, is accused of creating a fraudulent online gaming account and placing wagers, including on LSU football games, while underage.

Kayshon Boutte is facing charges of computer fraud and gaming prohibited for persons under 21. An investigation revealed that Kayshon Boutte used an alias to place over 8,900 wagers, including 17 on NCAA football games and 6 on LSU football.

According to a published article by NBC Sports Boston, the NFL and the Patriots are aware of the situation Kayshon Boutte is in but have no further comment at this time. Kayshon Boutte, a sixth-round draft pick, had two receptions for 19 yards as a rookie.

Bets On Himself Against Florida State

In a published article by Yahoo Sports, Kayshon Boutte turned himself in to Louisiana State Police on charges of computer fraud and gaming prohibited for persons under 21. Kayshon Boutte allegedly placed over 8,900 bets, including 17 on college football games, using a different name to bypass the age requirement.
