Zoe McCue’s 15-year-old brother has been charged with intentionally setting the fire on Easter Sunday.

Georgia authorities are searching for the parents of a 10-year-old girl who was killed in a house fire allegedly set by her brother early on Easter Sunday.

The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeing William Linn McCue, 47, and Carina Wisniewski McCue, 38, who have been charged with first and second degree cruelty to children and false imprisonment, according to WGCL.

The couple’s 15-year-old son has been charged with arson, malice murder, and felony murder in the death of his sister, Zoe McCue, after investigators said he set the fire intentionally, as CrimeOnline previously reported. Carina McCue got two of her children to safety but feared Zoe and the teen were trapped inside. Firefighters later found Zoe’s body in a room with no windows, and the teen was found at another location hours later.

William McCue was at work with a fifth child, a teenage daughter, at the time of the fire, WAGA reported.

During the course of the arson investigation, investigators discovered that the McCue children were frequently locked inside their home for long periods of time and hadn’t been to school in years. Investigators found that the home had no working plumbing and that the family used improvised camping-style buckets and the non-usable toilets. Showers and bathtubs were not working, and the kitchen sink had be replumbed to send water into a 5-gallon bucket on the floor.

The Georgia Department of Family and Children’s Services has taken custody of the other three children.

Police said William and Carina McCue were last known to be at the Hometown Suites in Lawrenceville and were last seen driving a white, 2017 Honda Accord with the Georgia tag CHB7385.
