Police in Tennessee arrested a man at a Chick-fil-A restaurant after he allegedly tried to solicit “sexual favors” from a teenager.

Braadley Zach Wolchuck, a 29-year-old from Georgia, is facing multiple felony charges after being arrested by the Collegedale Police Department on Tuesday. The police reported via a Facebook post that they arrived at a Chick-fil-A in Collegedale, which is approximately 20 miles east of Chattanooga, in response to reports of “suspicious activity” linked to “an adult male attempting to meet a minor for a possible sexual encounter.”

After a Chick-fil-A employee identified Wolchuk’s car, police stopped him as he was allegedly trying to drive away. While stopped, officers noted that Wolchuk “appeared visibly nervous” and was allegedly seen “trying to erase content from his phone” in their presence.

Wolchuk confessed to the police that he had been in contact with a 17-year-old boy and that their exchanges were “sexually explicit.” He also reportedly confessed to proposing a tattoo in return for sexual favors from the teenager.

Police said that Wolchuk and the teen had met each other earlier that day and were allegedly attempting to arrange a sexual encounter. When Wolchuk arrived at the Chick-fil-A, the restaurant’s manager and the teenager contacted police to report him.
