Olathe police have issued a Silver Alert for a 71-year-old woman who vanished Sunday morning, and may be traveling with her dog in a red sedan.

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on March 30, Gayl Stockman was last observed departing from the 15800 block of West 150th Terrace. Since then, there have been no sightings or communications from her.

Police believe Stockman may be in the Cowgill, Missouri, area and is possibly traveling in a red 2012 Lincoln MKZ with Kansas license plate 171 PGD.

Stockman is also thought to have her large Bernese Mountain dog with her.

The Olathe Police Department is conducting an active investigation and encourages anyone who might have information to reach out to the department by calling (913) 971-6363 or contacting the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-8477.
