Hernando Garciamorales, aged 40, faces several charges including aggravated assault, weapon possession for illegal purposes, endangering a child’s welfare, criminal mischief, fleeing arrest, and obstruction. These charges were announced by the New Jersey State Police via Facebook on Friday.
