Several months after Jeffrey Epstein was released, Prince Andrew reached out to the convicted sex offender, expressing a desire to meet up in New York, suggesting it would be beneficial to reconnect in person.
Prince Andrew later stated that his December visit to Epstein’s New York residence was intended solely to deliver the message that he needed to sever ties with the disgraced financier.
Despite this assertion, an email from January reveals a different tone, with Andrew telling Epstein, “Keep in close touch, and we’ll play some more soon!!!!”
Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police began investigating claims that Prince Andrew attempted to involve his taxpayer-funded Met Protection Officer and a deputy press secretary to Queen Elizabeth in a smear campaign against Virginia Giuffre.
Calls have been made for the Met Police to revisit Virginia Giuffre’s allegations of sexual abuse against Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, especially after the prince was stripped of his royal titles.
However, Scotland Yard has stated that they will not pursue a criminal investigation regarding Giuffre’s initial accusations or her subsequent civil lawsuit.
Prince Andrew may face more than just eviction! Republic, a pressure group that pushes to see the monarchy abolished, instructed lawyers to begin an investigation into the prince.
Anonymous plaintiffs file lawsuits against Bank of America and Bank of New York Mellon, claiming the institutions illicitly enabled Epstein’s trafficking activities.
Both banks are accused of ignoring the illegal activity, with Bank of America turning a blind eye to Epstein’s use of a victim’s account to pay her and other victims off, and Mellon failed to flag nearly $378 million in victim payments as suspicious.
