A second man has been charged after allegedly behaving offensively on the same footbridge where the Bondi shooting was carried out.
The man, 23, was arrested at a supermarket in Double Bay yesterday after an investigation into two people who were allegedly acting in an offensive manner on the footbridge over Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach on January 31.
The footbridge is where the Bondi terror attack occurred in December last year, where 15 people were shot dead.

Authorities have confirmed the arrest of an individual under an outstanding warrant, leading to his transfer to the Surry Hills Police Station.

The suspect faced charges for offensive behavior in a public area, along with allegations of stalking and intimidation intended to instill fear or cause physical harm.

Initially denied bail, he was subsequently granted conditional bail following a court appearance yesterday.

It comes after another 23-year-old man he was with was jailed for mimicking the shooting on the same day by standing on the same footbridge and pretended to fire a gun.

Zayne Jason William McMillan received a 12-month jail sentence, with a non-parole period of nine months, for simulating a shooting and hurling verbal abuse.

During the incident, McMillan was heard shouting offensive remarks, including, “F*** the Jews,” while on a footbridge.

McMillan is expected to be eligible for parole this coming November.
