A second Wyoming teen has pleaded guilty in connection with the murder of a teenage boy at the Eastridge Mall in Casper.
As reported by Oil City News, 16-year-old Dominique Antonio Richard Harris admitted his involvement on Friday in the deadly stabbing of Bobby Maher, an incident that took place on April 7, 2024. Harris has entered a guilty plea for his role in the crime.
Attorney Dan Itzen revealed that due to Harris’s admission to conspiring to commit second-degree murder, he faces a prison sentence ranging between 30 and 75 years.
In May, Harris’s co-defendant, Jarreth Joseflee Sebastian Plunkett, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. They were sentenced to life in prison.
CrimeOnline previously noted that Maher had gone to Eastridge Mall following a warning from his girlfriend. She informed him that Plunkett and Harris, also known as JJ and Dom, were tailing her and a friend around the shopping center, as reported by the Cowboy State Daily.
According to affidavits, Maher’s friend recounted that upon their arrival, they observed the two girls and the suspects walking ahead. Maher proceeded to guide the girls out of the mall, telling JJ and Dom to leave them alone.

“Once all the individuals were outside the exterior entrance doors to the mall, a physical altercation ensued,” the affidavit stated.
Maher’s friend testified that “Dom slammed (Maher) to the ground, and JJ walked up and stabbed (Maher).”
The two teens admitted to stealing kitchen knives from Target, as well as Red Bulls and other items, prior to the attack on their classmate.
Plunkett’s formal sentencing is scheduled for next month, according to Oil City News.
