The president of the touring company for the artist “D4vd,” David Anthony Burke, is under intense scrutiny as he faces questioning from a deputy district attorney before a grand jury.
The inquiry centers around his actions following the discovery of Celeste’s body in the vehicle of his client, raising questions about his decision not to contact law enforcement. This grand jury is currently reviewing evidence related to the tragic death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
Robert Morgenroth, who manages Mogul Vision, the record label for D4vd, also holds the title of president at Zara Brothers Travel, the company responsible for D4vd’s tours.
According to reports, Morgenroth spent the entire day testifying before the Los Angeles grand jury. At one point during a break, he was overheard in the hallway speaking loudly to his lawyer, expressing frustration.
He remarked, in reference to Beth Silverman, the deputy district attorney leading the prosecution, “She was very insistent on why I didn’t report it to the police.”
Meanwhile, a female witness involved in the Celeste Rivas case may face arrest for refusing to testify before the grand jury in the ongoing investigation into D4vd’s alleged involvement.
