A couple from Texas faces indictment this month on charges of sexual crimes involving a 5-year-old girl.

According to KVII, the Midlothian police received reports in December 2025 about assaults that took place between December 5 and 17. These reports led to the arrests of Zackery Dondlinger, 37, and his girlfriend Madison Jones, 30, who worked as a substitute teacher. For more information, visit the source here.

The police were initially tipped off by a friend of Jones who expressed concerns over Dondlinger’s conduct with the young girl. As reported by KFDA, Jones confessed to authorities that she had acted on Dondlinger’s disturbing fantasies involving the child, and admitted to abusing the girl under his guidance. Jones is accused of recording the abuse and sharing the videos with Dondlinger through Snapchat. Police retrieved her phone and discovered messages that corroborated Dondlinger’s orchestration of the assaults, as reported by KFDA.

The charges against Jones and Dondlinger include aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child, and possession with intent to promote child pornography. Dondlinger also faces a charge of sexual performance by a child. Jones’ bail was raised from $90,000 to $3,840,000, while Dondlinger’s increased from $200,000 to $5,000,000.

Both Dondlinger and Jones remain in custody. Details regarding the victim’s connection to Jones have not been made public.
