Men hospitalised after alleged road rage hit and run in NSW
Two men have been seriously hurt, a boy is in hospital, and another man will face court after what police describe as an alleged road rage hit and run on the New South Wales Mid North Coast.

In a troubling incident near Darawank, roughly 10 kilometers from Forster, two men and a teenage boy were traveling northbound in a sedan around 5 p.m. yesterday on The Lakes Way.

According to police reports, a confrontation occurred between the occupants of the sedan and a ute driver, who was also heading north.

The situation escalated when the ute driver allegedly crashed into the sedan intentionally, causing the two men to exit their vehicle.

Shockingly, the driver of the ute is accused of then running over both men.

As the teenage boy attempted to assist them, it’s reported that the ute driver struck him in the face before fleeing the scene.

One of the men, aged 56, sustained serious injuries, including pelvic fractures and head trauma, necessitating an airlift to the hospital.
