In a deeply troubling case from Oklahoma, a man has admitted guilt to the rape of his 11-year-old stepdaughter, who subsequently gave birth to his child.
Dustin Walker entered a guilty plea without any prosecutorial agreement, facing charges including one count of child sexual abuse and six counts of neglect involving the young victim and her five siblings, as reported by KAKE.
Shockingly, the young girl had no access to prenatal care throughout her pregnancy and delivered her baby at home without medical support.
Both Dustin Walker and the child’s mother, Cherie Walker, were taken into custody in August 2025 on initial neglect charges, according to CrimeOnline. The couple initially professed ignorance of the pregnancy. However, DNA testing indicated a 99.9 percent likelihood that Dustin Walker fathered the child, leading to further charges of child sexual abuse against him and enabling sexual abuse against Cherie Walker.
Additionally, the girl’s grandmother, 53-year-old Michelle Justus, was arrested on charges of child neglect. Justus initially misled investigators by suggesting that the child’s father was a 12-year-old boy, claiming it was a case of youthful curiosity.
Authorities have since ensured the safety of all children by removing them from the household.
“This case has been extremely difficult,” Muskogee County District Attorney Janet Hutson told KAKE. ” … My hope is that with justice, these children will find a better place.”
Hutson told KJRH she hoped “for a lengthy sentence at Dustin Walker’s sentencing, which will be decided by a judge, on June 18.
Cherie Walker and her mother are still awaiting trial and still denying they had any idea the “petite” 11-year-old girl, who delivered a full-term, normal-sized baby, was pregnant.
