A Colorado teen saves for months to pay for breast augmentation but lapses into a coma after being placed under anesthesia.

Emmalyn Nguyen, 18, suffered a cardiac arrest after being placed under by nurse anesthetist Rex Meeker. 911 was not called for at least five hours. Nguyen was left brain-dead and died 14 months later. Plastic surgeon Dr. Geoffrey Kim, 52, turned himself in to Arapahoe County sheriff’s officials, charged with manslaughter. Meeker is also facing a felony reckless manslaughter charge.
