In New Mexico, a teen shooter and his father was charged after the teen shooter shoots a 13-year-old-female using the gun owned by his father.

A father and his teen shooter son in New Mexico are facing charges after a 13-year-old girl was shot and killed, according to the police.

In Questa, New Mexico, four minors were together listening to music when things took a terrible turn when a teen shooter took out a gun and shot a 13-year-old girl. According to authorities, the teenage girl was later declared dead.

After shooting and killing the 13-year-old girl the teen shooter reportedly moved her body outside and afterwards the teen shooter went back inside the house.

When the teen shooter’s father, William Brown, returned home, both of Brown and his teen shooter son refused to cooperate with the police for 30 minutes.

In a NBC News report, through a press release, the New Mexico State Police and Department of Public Safety stated that they will not to disclose the names of both the teen shooter and his victim, out of consideration for the teen shooter victim’s family.

The said teen shooter was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of assaulting a police officer, and two counts of evidence tampering. Meanwhile the father of the teen shooter was also charged for negligence, allowing a minor an access to firearms.

The investigation is still in progress and once it is finished, it will be handed over to the District Attorney’s office.
