A man from Texas was taken into custody last week after allegedly directing inappropriate remarks to an 11-year-old girl, dressed only in a diaper and a pacifier hanging around his neck.
Named as Wesley Worl, aged 45, he faced charges on Thursday for soliciting a minor and trespassing, as reported by KLTV. The police report indicates the incident happened on July 29 in the parking area of Andy Woods Elementary School located in Tyler.
According to the arrest affidavit, Worl approached a pair of children who were riding bikes and scooters in the parking lot, as noted by Law&Crime.
“Goo goo ga ga,” he reportedly said. “I need a diaper change.”
The girls rode to a nearby home and told the adults what happened. The children were “visibly shaking” and “truly petrified,” the report said.
Court documents reveal Worl’s extensive history of charges since 1999, including arrests for stalking and observing children inappropriately. In one case, he was found with his hand inside his shorts, and when questioned, he claimed he was checking his diaper.
This time, Worl was arrested at his work place, KLTV said. He’s being held on a $600,000 bond.
