Police in Kentucky are continuing their searching for a 10-year-old Jackson boy, who hasn’t been seen since last week.
Jadyen Spicer went missing from his home in Breathitt County, near Panbowl Branch Road, sometime during the night or early morning of August 6. He was reportedly last seen wearing Sonic the Hedgehog pajamas.
He has not been seen since, according to what his mother told police, and no one in the area has spotted him.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Matt Gayheart informed FOX 56 that there is currently no new information available that might help them find Jayden.
“Unfortunately, we’ve struggled to uncover much evidence indicating he might be nearby. Regrettably, we find ourselves in the same position as when the search began,” said Gayheart.
“While we must hold on to hope, it’s crucial to note that as the investigation progresses, time is running out. We’re essentially at a critical point and urgently need to locate him.”

According to LEX 18, a neighbor of the child’s mother, Felicia Spicer (formerly Felicia Gross), recounted the moment she knocked on her door.
“She was crying and asked if she could use my phone,” the neighbor said. “I gave it to her, and she called 911, telling them, ‘My child is missing.’”
“She mentioned to me that she and her husband went to bed around nine and upon waking up, they discovered that their child, who was sleeping elsewhere, was missing.”
Jayden, according to police, had been living with his great-grandmother until her recent passing. After her death, he moved in with his mother.
Channel 2 Now reported that Felicia Spicer has a past involvement in a child endangerment case. Spicer has reportedly requested privacy.
Jadyen is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a slim build and stands approximately 5 feet, 1 inch tall.
Anyone with any information on Jayden’s whereabouts should contact Kentucky State Police at Post 13 in Hazard at 606-435-6069.
Tipsters can use the Crime Tip Form on the Kentucky State Police website.
Meanwhile, the community is offering rewards for information that leads to the child, including a $500 reward by a resident with a child around the same age as Jayden.
A GoFundMe fundraiser has also been established “for a cash award for anyone that can produce any whereabouts of Jayden Spicer.”
