On December 3, the serene backdrop of a family mansion in Bonanza, Sebastian County, Arkansas, became the scene of a tragic discovery. The local sheriff’s office was alerted to perform a welfare check on Charity Beallis, prompting a visit to the residence.
Upon arrival, officers found silence greeting them from within the mansion. With assistance from two workers, they gained entry into the home, where they made a grim finding. Inside were the bodies of Charity Beallis and her two young children, each appearing to have suffered gunshot wounds. Their remains were promptly sent to the Arkansas crime lab in Little Rock to undergo autopsies.
This devastating incident occurred merely a day after Charity Beallis had been present at a final divorce hearing with her ex-husband, Dr. Randal Beallis. The couple’s journey began in 2015 when they married, leading to the birth of their twins—a son and a daughter—in 2019.
However, the relationship took a turn when Charity filed for divorce, seeking full custody of the children along with an order of protection. Despite her efforts, the conclusion of the divorce proceedings saw Dr. Randy Beallis being granted joint custody of their twins.
Randy and Charity Beallis marry in 2015 and have twins, a son and daughter, in 2019. Charity Beallis files for divorce and full custody of the couple’s twins, as well as an order of protection.
In the final divorce hearing, Dr. Randy Beallis is awarded joint custody of the children.
10 years of marriage ends with Randy Beallis charged with aggravated assault on a family member, third-degree domestic battery, and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Randy Beallis stands accused of causing physical harm to his wife and mother of his children by choking her.
Beallis is carted off to jail, while Charity Beallis makes plans to file for divorce. No charges have been filed, and Dr. Beallis is innocent until proven guilty.
