Pathology with Dr. Priya | A Zone 7 Series: What Clothes Reveal About the Crime

Electrocution incidents can occur without warning, often leaving few visible signs and requiring detailed investigations to uncover the truth.

This week on “Pathology with Dr. Priya,” a Zone 7 series, hosts Sheryl McCollum and Dr. Priya Banerjee delve into the mechanics of how electrical currents move through the human body. They explore how such currents can abruptly stop the heart and what pathologists seek when examining the entry and exit points of an electric shock.

The discussion highlights everyday dangers, from fallen power lines to DIY home repair mishaps, and emphasizes the critical safety precautions that can avert deadly accidents.
