Woman stabbed, man in hospital after Victoria hit and run
Two men are in custody after police in an alleged ‘kill car’ in Sydney’s west with a shotgun, jerry cans of fuel and sledgehammers.
Police allege the pair were planning a violent crime, after also finding baseball bats, duct tape, cable ties and pillowcases in the car.

In the early hours of yesterday, around 2:40 a.m., a chilling incident unfolded at a residence on Karangi Road in Whalan. It was reported to the police that four men had forcibly entered the home, allegedly wielding a gun and a hammer to intimidate the occupants.

The perpetrators made their escape in a black Mercedes SUV, managing to flee before law enforcement arrived at the scene. However, the wheels of justice began to turn as the day progressed.

Later that day, officers observed suspicious activity at a property on Issanthe Street. Two men were spotted in the garage, transferring items from a Mercedes SUV into a Hyundai hatchback, raising the suspicions of the police.

As the hatchback left the premises, it was promptly stopped by the authorities. The two men were taken into custody, leading to a subsequent search of the Marsden Park residence by the Raptor Squad, where the black Mercedes was reportedly seized as evidence.

Both individuals, aged 22, now face serious charges, including the possession of unauthorised firearms. The investigation continues as police work to piece together the full extent of the crime.

The two men were arrested, and a search was undertaken on the Marsden Park home by Raptor Squad, where the black Mercedes was allegedly seized.

Both men, 22, were charged with multiple offences, including possessing unauthorised firearm[s].

They were both refused bail to appear at Mount Druitt Local Court today.
