The man was refused bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court today.
Police also arrested a 35-year-old man at Padstow and took him to Bankstown Police Station.
He was charged with seven offences including drug supply, possessing or using a prohibited weapon without a permit and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
He was refused bail to appear in Bankstown Local Court today.
During the searches, officers allegedly found and seized approximately 1.7kg of cocaine, approximately $130,000 cash, a money counter, 186 grams of MDMA, two mobile phones, two tracking devices, two luxury watches, capsicum spray and nun-chucks.
