A critical missing person alert has been issued for an Alabama man.

Rodney Lavett, 43, disappeared on Thursday from the Gardendale area. He is described as having a bald head and brown eyes. Lavett is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 208 pounds.

He was last observed driving a silver Tesla Cybertruck with the Alabama license plate A29067. The clothing Lavett was wearing when he went missing is unknown.

Law enforcement believes that Lavett may be a danger to himself and possibly others. He is known to carry multiple weapons, according to ABC 3340.

The Birmingham Police Department strongly advises anyone who has information regarding Lavett’s location to refrain from approaching him, to remain extremely cautious, and to immediately contact them at (205) 328-9311.
