A $50,000 reward is currently available for tips that could help locate a California man wanted for his alleged involvement in his partner’s death and the mysterious disappearance of his two young children.
Reports from The Bee indicate that the FBI has pledged up to $25,000 for information leading to Camron Lee’s arrest and subsequent conviction. An additional $25,000 is offered for any leads that could help find his children, Athena Lee, aged 5, and Mateo Lee, aged 3.
As previously covered by CrimeOnline, officers from the Sacramento police responded to a call at a residence in North Sacramento on July 8, 2024, shortly before 7:30 p.m., where they discovered Angelica Bravo deceased. At the time, her children, then aged 4 and 2, were not found at the scene.
Investigations revealed that Bravo’s body bore multiple “abrasions and contusions,” affecting areas such as her torso, head, face, and limbs. Additionally, there were signs of tongue hemorrhaging and potential smothering.
Toxicology reports detected MDMA, MDA, and cannabinoids in her system. Despite these findings, authorities did not dismiss the possibility of homicidal violence and have since charged Lee with murder.
“Bravo’s family has endured over a year of grief, mourning Angelica’s loss while fearing for Athena and Mateo’s safety,” stated Sid Patel, Special Agent in Charge with the FBI Sacramento.
“We urge anyone with information related to the whereabouts of Lee and his children to come forward.”
On July 10, 2024, a vehicle believed to be driven by Lee entered Mexico, the Sacramento Police Department said. The vehicle, a 2023 Honda Passport, had reportedly been a loaner vehicle from a dealership.
Police later found the vehicle abandoned in Ensenada.
In addition to murder, Lee has been charged with four counts of possession of an assault weapon. He also has a federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Anyone with information was asked to contact the FBI at 800-CALL-FBI (225-5324), online at tips.fbi.gov, or call Sacramento police at 916-808-5471. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
