Angel jumped out of the van at around 10.45 a.m., while it was traveling at 60 mph, and was discovered by an anxious passerby.
Following that, she was brought to the hospital by paramedics who arrived quickly.
Despite extensive medical treatment, the teenage girl was left with life-altering disabilities.
