Jordy Yanes Martel was arrested for official misconduct and violence against pregnant black lady Safiya Satchell. 

Jordy Yanes Martel, 30, of Hialeah, was arrested on four charges of violence and two counts of official misconduct.

According to FDLE, the officer surrendered to the FDLE’s Miami office.

Safiya Satchell is a woman from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who lost her unborn child when officer Jordy Yanes tased her in the stomach.

Safiya attended Tootsies Cabarets in Miami, FL, with a friend, Raheam Staats-Fleming.

She got into an argument with the club management about food.

The club manager then summoned police Martel and another unidentified officer to issue her a trespassing WARNING.

Where Is Police officer Jordy Yanes Martel Arrested For Pregnant Safiya Satchell Assault?

Jordy Yanes Martel was arrested and terminated from his duties for the atrocities he performed on Safiya Satchell. 

However, the human rights activists from the black community are demanding to charge the officer for murder and criminal charges. 

The exact details of the officer have not been revealed. However, the case is still pending in the courthouse for further hearing.

Satchell has a criminal justice degree from Temple University.

Satchell claimed she paid her money and fled after confronting the server.

She claimed she was stopped and had a run-in with Martel attempting to leave.

Safiya said that she knew something was wrong when he placed his hand in her car because she knew it was likely to escalate and go awry.

Furthermore, she added that It felt like all control was lost after he pulled the door open and dragged her out.

Is Jordy Yanes Martel In Jail After the Assault?

Jordy was arrested and suspended from his duties after the assault video was circulated on the web. 

The recent development of the story is awaited. However, the case is believed to be open in front of the courthouse. 

Two allegations of official misconduct and four counts of violence have been filed against Martel. He’s been released on bail.

According to Jordan, Satchell was arrested a few months after the Tootsie incident.

It happened on June 5th, following a traffic accident in Miami.

Safiya was detained after hurling obscenities and refusing to hand up her driver’s license.

Satchell was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence.
