Juventus duo Miralem Pjanic and Paulo Dybala have insisted they do not want to be considered in a potential swap deal for Paul Pogba, according to reports in Italy.

Manchester United are fielding offers for Pogba and Juventus have a long-standing interest in re-signing their former midfielder.

Pogba has spoken openly about his desire to leave United and will enter the final year of his contract this summer.

United are open to a transfer and have responded to Juventus’ approach for Pogba by suggesting a swap deal.

Rai Sport claim a number of players have been discussed, with United interested in midfielder Adrien Rabiot, former Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey and forward Douglas Costa.

But two Juventus stars who won’t be swapping Turin for Manchester is Dybala and Pjanic, who have responded to United’s enquiry about their availability.

The attacking pair do not want to leave Juventus, meaning United will have to focus on other targets.

Dybala and Pjanic have been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in recent years and United failed in an attempt to sign the Argentina striker last summer.

It is still unclear if Pogba will leave United after the arrival of Bruno Fernandes injected new life into the club.

United fans are excited at the prospect of Pogba and Fernandes forming a partnership in midfield and the duo have begun training together for the first time.

Injuries have kept Pogba sidelined for much of the campaign but the coronavirus lockdown has given the Frenchman a chance to regain his fitness while football has been on hold due to the health crisis.

The Premier League want to resume action in June and United players returned to training in small groups last week.
