Adam Lambert has reportedly amicably ended his relationship with boyfriend Oliver Gliese after four years of dating.

The 43-year-old Grammy nominee is 14 years senior to the Twitch streamer, and they reportedly ‘ended their relationship within the last month’ without any ‘drama,’ according to TMZ.

However, the ex-couple haven’t posted an Instagram snap featuring one another since June 2024.

Recently, Adam marked LGBTQIA+ Pride month in New York City with his ‘ride or dies’—a special term he once used for Oliver.

Rumor has it that Lambert and Gliese have been an item since 2020, but they only made it Instagram official in May 2021. By March 2024, he had shared a photo with the caption: ‘Love is the answer.’

In 2023, the Cabaret thespian publicly defended the former Global Fashion Agenda partnerships manager after he received a barrage of homophobic comments.

‘He is beautiful and brave and daring. One of the many things I love about him!’ Adam – who boasts 11.5M social media followers – wrote via Instastory.

‘We are very happy together, and if the haters don’t like it, we don’t really give a f***. Grow up and challenge yourself to explore tolerance.’

Oliver – whose drag persona is Valkyrie – originally hails from Denmark where he graduated from Copenhagen Business School.

News of Lambert’s newly-single status came the day after TMZ reported he sold his four-bedroom Hollywood Hills estate for $6.2M – $300K less than what he paid for the three-story home in 2018.

The Indiana-born, Cali-raised belter was previously romantically linked to retired figure skater Johnny Weir in 2010, but neither confirmed the rumor.

Adam made history in 2012 as the first openly gay male artist to top the US Billboard 200 chart, but he was outed (with a leaked Burning Man photo) three years earlier while competing on the eighth season of American Idol.

Kris Allen went on to win the formerly Fox singing competition over Lambert amid controversy over his forcible outing and the voting process, but producers ‘stood by the outcome’ of the results.

Adam told Variety’s Stagecraft podcast on Tuesday: ‘[Judas] is questioning everything. He’s critical. He’s analytical. He’s the one person that’ll argue with Jesus. And I think part of it is that Judas reflects my shadow self. If I’m being honest with myself or anybody else about what my faults are, I can see those same faults in Judas’

‘I was excited to do something new — which was kind of old for me, but new again, you know?’ Lambert told Variety’s Stagecraft podcast on Tuesday.

‘[Judas] is questioning everything. He’s critical. He’s analytical. He’s the one person that’ll argue with Jesus. And I think part of it is that Judas reflects my shadow self. If I’m being honest with myself or anybody else about what my faults are, I can see those same faults in Judas.

‘Me on a bad day, I have a tendency to disagree or to rebel or to not go with the status quo. I’m very much like, “Well, everyone else is doing that. I don’t like it!”‘

The Queen + Adam Lambert frontman also teased that he’s penning an original musical: ‘It’s definitely got a rock ‘n’ roll spirit. It takes place in the 1970s in New York. It’s glam. And that’s kind of all I can say.’

Adam – who gets 2.5M monthly listeners on Spotify – released an EP called Afters in 2024, and he’s reportedly sold over 3M records worldwide.
