A former contestant of American Idol has reemerged with a striking transformation, courtesy of cosmetic surgery.
Nutsa Buzaladze, a 28-year-old singer from Georgia, gained fame on the 21st season of American Idol in 2023. She is set to represent her country at the Eurovision Song Contest the following year.
The artist has captured attention once more, showcasing what she refers to as her “Beverly Hills glow up,” after undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure with renowned celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar.
Dr. Dugar, a board-certified surgeon operating out of Beverly Hills, is celebrated for his innovative ‘Scarless Nose’ technique. This method minimizes visible scarring by making incisions inside the nose.
Among his clientele are notable figures such as Sami Sheen, the daughter of actors Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, as well as adult film star Mia Khalifa and former Vanderpump Rules cast member Dayna Kathan.
This week, Buzaladze took to Instagram to reveal her new look, expressing her gratitude by calling Dr. Dugar “the best” and sharing her excitement with the words, “I’m so happy!”

In another post, she shared a close-up selfie and wrote, ‘Unbelievable. And this is only after a week [after] my surgery. Can you guys believe it?’
Buzaladze’s fans seemed just as thrilled as she was with the results, with one writing, ‘You were beautiful anyway, but now you’re even more beautiful.’
‘It’s already beautiful now and I can imagine what it will look like in one year,’ wrote another.
After having her bandages removed, Buzaladze took herself on a shopping spree on Rodeo Drive.
‘This new chapter of my life is starting today, so I decided to celebrate that and go shopping,’ she said, before joking that she was ‘buying her nose some presents’.
Buzaladze is a huge international star, having appeared on Georgia’s Got Talent, The Voice of Turkey, and the Georgian version of Dancing With The Stars.
She was one of the most memorable contestants from the 21st season of American Idol due to her clash with fellow contestant Carina DeAngelo – which ended with Buzaladze issuing an emotional apology to judge Katy Perry.
Dr. Dugar previously spoke to Daily Mail about his famous rhinoplasty procedures, revealing that many patients are now getting their noses done later in life in order to look younger.

‘As we age our noses and ears continue to grow and droop with gravity,’ he said.
‘If you’ve never had any rhinoplasty work previously done, sometimes you’ll notice your nose looks longer and droopier than your younger photos once you start to get into your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond,’ he continued.
As a result, Dr. Dugar has seen a ‘massive uptick’ in older patients seeking out rhinoplasty.
‘This generation of patients over 50 are more in tune with their anti-aging options as the facelift industry has catapulted the idea of natural facial rejuvenations,’ he said.
‘But this leads [patients] to then focus on the center of the face that can’t be addressed with a facelift, so then they inquire about rhinoplasty for their nose.’

For people who want to enhance their nose without going under the knife, Dr. Dugar said that there’s plenty of non-surgical options available.
‘Non-surgical rhinoplasty remains strongly based on hyaluronic acid fillers being used in the nose to contour the shape,’ he said.
‘I strongly urge patients never to use permanent fillers in the nose as we have seen so many horrific medical cases in years past from abnormal healing, as it’s impossible to remove [the fillers] without surgery,’ he warned.
‘I also believe that thread lifts do not work on the nose whatsoever and should not be used for any meaningful purpose,’ he continued.
‘Closed scarless rhinoplasty is what most of my patients opt-in for because it allows them to have the minimally invasive version of a full rhinoplasty and achieve all of the same benefits of a full rhinoplasty without taking on the risks of deconstructing the nose or any external cuts or scars.’
