Onyebuchi Ojieh, also known as Buchi, a Nigerian comedian, accuses his estranged wife’s family of forcibly kidnapping his children and preventing him from visiting them.
Buchi and his wife, Rukky, married in 2017 and had two children before divorcing in 2022 due to charges of domestic abuse.
He voiced his displeasure at not being able to communicate with them, underlining that they cannot hinder the legal system.
Buchi wondered how his in-laws would feel if someone took their children away from them, especially given their efforts to have them.
Buchi implored them to provide him access to his children in a series of Instagram posts that looked to be a warning.
“U have ur kids allow me access to my kids.
Family when they repay good with wickedness I never stopped u from talking to your father.
U facilitated the abduction of my kids – Isede and Salamis. You can stop me from talking to them. You can’t stop the law.
Mr n Mrs Salami. If someone took Jos & Daniella after all u went thru. Una go survive am. I want access to my kids,” he wrote.
