Donatella Versace has given fans a glimpse of her new youthful appearance as she enjoyed a sunset in a stunning social media snap.

The renowned 70-year-old Italian designer, who was famously known for her appreciation of cosmetic surgery, seems to have dialed back on some of the enhancements from her appearance over the years.

Showing off her svelte physique, Donatella posed up a storm in the white sequinned gown with her fresh-faced complexion in full display.

The fashion mogul has been looking more youthful than ever after a string of plastic surgery procedures.

Donatella shocked fans when she debuted a brand new look while posing for pictures at the The Devil Wears Prada musical launch last year.

She appeared alongside her friend Sir Elton John, who composed the music for the show, which is based on the 2006 dramatized comedy that originally starred Anne Hathaway.

The businesswoman also posed with Anna Wintour, who the play is thought to be about, and actress Vanessa Williams. 

The Italian fashion icon dazzled on the red carpet in a sheer, ornate bronze mini dress, featuring a black sweetheart neckline bodysuit underneath.

Donatella paired her sheer dress with knee-high brown leather platform boots.  

She also wore a red AIDS awareness ribbon to pay homage to the Elton Johns Aids Foundation, which the gala benefited. 

On Instagram, Donatella posted photos from the exciting evening along with the caption, ‘R.S.V.P. YES The Devil Wears Prada for its Opening Gala Night,’ describing the show as ‘mesmerizing’ and expressing her admiration for her friend Elton’s contributions.

In the subsequent image, Donatella appeared more youthful than ever, prompting fans to react in amazement, with one person referring to her fresh appearance as ‘the biggest upgrade in history.’

Many users on X, formerly known as Twitter, likened the designer’s rejuvenated look to that of Lindsay Lohan, who also recently unveiled a significant beauty transformation.
