Olivia Kelly has opened up about her new relationship with Tammy Hembrow’s ex Reece Hawkins.

The fitness influencer, 24, went Instagram official with Reece in August, as Tammy’s relationship with AFL star Bailey Smith was heating up.

Olivia has since relocated from Melbourne to the Gold Coast to be with her beau, and she said she couldn’t be happier.

‘I am really enjoying the change in lifestyle. The Gold Coast is full of people who share similar interests, which makes it a very inspiring and supportive place for personal development,’ Olivia shared with the Herald Sun.

Speaking specifically about her beau, Olivia was full of praise for Reece, adding that he was a ‘breath of fresh air.’  

‘Being with someone who supports your goals and encourages you to be the best version of yourself has been amazing,’ she said.

Olivia added that starting off as a long-distance couple had only served to strengthen their relationship.

‘We entered the relationship without any expectations, and being physically apart at first helped us form a strong emotional and intellectual bond early on,’ Olivia remarked.

‘I have never been happier and more content with someone and the direction of my life.’ 

Olivia, who has recently introduced a line of activewear with the Australian brand Rockwear, mentioned that even though the relocation was intimidating, she intends to stay on the Gold Coast for the long term.

 It comes after Olivia recently gave an insight into how she found love with Reece.

‘We basically met online,’ the 24-year-old said in a Q&A on her Instagram story last month.

Both of us were content on our own and not searching for a relationship, but I guess that’s when you meet your person,’ she said.

Speculation began swirling after Olivia shared snaps revealing Reece’s instantly recognisable tattoos.

‘I have never been happier and more content with someone and the direction of my life,’ she added

In July, the fitness trainer uploaded a picture on her Instagram story, featuring herself in an eye-catching, backless dress. This image was layered over another showing a chessboard and a man with tattooed arms.

The ink matched that of Reece, who is known for his heavily tattooed body.

Additionally, Olivia shared a photo of herself hugging a dog that appeared to be Reece’s Golden Retriever.

Reece made the relationship ‘Instagram official’ in August, with a slew of pictures showing the couple loved-up in Bali.

In one selfie, the pair could be seen at a café together, with Reece looking at his phone and Olivia smiling for the camera.

Another showed Olivia’s new beau sweetly kissing her on the cheek.

Meanwhile, Tammy and Reece share two kids – Wolf, 10, and Saskia, nine.

However, they decided to part ways in 2018.

Prior to meeting Reece, Olivia was in a relationship with AFL star Jamarra Ugle-Hagan

He was later in a relationship with model London Goheen, and the pair welcomed their son Stone in 2021 before splitting the next year.

Prior to meeting Reece, Olivia was in a relationship with AFL star Jamarra Ugle-Hagan.

The couple moved in together in 2022 after Ugle-Hagan’s very public split from former AFL star Brendan Fevola’s daughter, Mia.

However, the union was to last just two years with the couple quietly calling it quits in June last year.
