Harper Beckham made a stylish splash at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, showcasing an ensemble of high-end designer fashion during a family outing.

As the daughter of the iconic Posh Spice, now a renowned fashion designer, Harper enjoys round-the-clock access to top-tier styling advice and, not to mention, a closet that many would envy.

On this particular Parisian day, the 14-year-old appeared to have borrowed a treasured piece from her mother’s collection.

Draped over her shoulder was a 90’s vintage jumbo flap Chanel bag, valued between £3,000 and £5,000. This timeless accessory is reminiscent of the style her mother frequently sported in the early 2000s.

Harper complemented the Chanel bag with a chic furry navy jacket and a pair of washed black jeans, likely sourced from Victoria’s own fashion line, known for its denim pieces that retail around £400.

Harper’s visit to the French capital coincided with Haute Couture Fashion Week, where she was on hand to support her mother, Victoria, 51, who had the honor of receiving a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters award during a ceremony the previous evening.

Victoria has previously insisted she isn’t ‘precious’ about sharing her designer wardrobe with her children, but there is one item she will not loan out to her teenager. 

In a 2024 interview with Vogue, the fashion mogul spoke openly about sharing her closet, admitting: ‘I’m not too precious about [my wardrobe] unless it’s Hermès.’

‘When Harper eyes up those handbags [I say]: “Not just yet.” I love my clothes, I look after my clothes, and they are there to be enjoyed.’

‘If one of the young ones wants to borrow my clothes, whether it’s Harper or one of the boys’ girlfriends, that’s flattery because they are significantly younger than me,’ she added. 

Harper wasn’t always so keen to borrow from her mum though, Back in 2015 Victoria told The Telegraph that her then four-year-old daughter was particularly vocal about her parents’ fashion sense.

She divulged: ‘The kids definitely tell me when they like what I’m wearing. I had something on to pick up Harper from school the other day, and she asked me if I would please not wear that for school pick-up.’

‘I think at that age they just want you to sort of blend in, don’t they?’

The trip to Paris marked the Beckham clan’s first public appearance since Brooklyn’s damning statement where he accused his parents of ‘controlling’ him, trying to ruin his marriage and humiliating him. He also hit out at his brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20.

The Beckham clan appeared determined not to allow their family drama to overshadow Victoria’s achievement, as she was presented with the prestigious accolade by the French Ministry of Culture on Monday.

The award recognises the individual contributions of artists, writers, and cultural figures to the arts and literature, and previous recipients include Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez, Jude Law and Denis Villeneuve.

And in her acceptance speech, the Spice Girl made special mention of her children, as she thanked them for ‘always believing in my vision’, despite Brooklyn’s recent vitriolic claims against her.

She was presented the prestigious honour by the French Minister of Culture, Rachida Dati.

Taking to the podium in front of the star-studded crowd, with her family stood proudly in front, Victoria began: ‘I’d like to start by thanking the French ministry of culture and the Minister of Culture, Madame Rachida Dati. For this honour and for your kind words, I am extremely grateful.
