The co-founder of Andela, Iyinoluwa Aboyeji has disclosed how most of the ladies he dated in the past were very sensitive to external influence.

While sharing his dream of getting married, he disclosed that he wanted to settle down for a woman who he could be real with.

According to Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, he was looking out for a woman who was impervious to external influence.

“I cannot marry a woman whose mother will tell her; ‘Your husband, that car he drives is too outdated, ask him to upgrade it.’ Then she would keep pestering me for weeks to buy a Range Rover,” he mentioned during an appearance on The Afropolitan Podcast.

Iyinoluwa shared his experiences about dating women in the past who were easily swayed by their parents, friends, family, and societal expectations. “These women had no independent views or opinions on matters,” he explained.
