The Valley star Jasmine Goode just confirmed the rumors about Brittany Cartwright‘s love life.
Cartwright, who initiated the divorce process with Jax Taylor last year, is reportedly seeing Grammy-winning songwriter Will Gittens. Although Cartwright hasn’t officially disclosed her new relationship, Goode confirmed the speculation during her appearance on Tuesday night’s (June 3) episode of Watch What Happens Live.
“Yes, the rumors are true. That’s all I can say,” Goode stated. “I have met this guy. He’s great. I’m so happy seeing Brittany glow. She is just thriving. I’ve never seen her like this with Jax. He’s doing something right … She is having a good time right now.”
Cartwright discussed her new romantic interest on a recent episode of Lala Kent‘s Give Them Lala podcast, mentioning that she’s “having fun” but it’s “nothing serious.” The Vanderpump Rules alum even recounted an awkward incident involving a shower with her new partner.
“We were in the shower, butt naked, and it was like I slipped on a banana peel. Like, ‘Whoo!’ I went straight back, and he thought I was gonna hit my head,” she said, per Page Six. “Oh, it was so embarrassing, but then the way that we laughed about it was so cute.”
Cartwright’s dating life has been a topic of conversation ever since she announced her separation from Taylor after five years of marriage. The reality star has been open about their contentious divorce in The Valley and in the press, telling Andy Cohen in an April episode of Watch What Happens Live that their relationship is “still not great,” despite Taylor getting sober from a decades-long cocaine addiction.
“I really hope that he is sober. I can’t say 100% that I think he is or not,” she said. “But his personality is still very much a Jax Taylor personality. So, it’s a lot of ups and downs.”
