Jennifer Lawrence looked stylish in a fur cape as she headed out in New York City on Thursday. 

The actress, 35, who welcomed her second baby with husband Cooke Maroney six months ago, enjoyed a child free evening. 

She wore a charcoal T-shirt which she teamed with a pair of loose fitting jeans and sandals. 

Jennifer completed her transitional look with a burgundy handbag and styled her hair into beachy waves. 

The Joy star and her husband, 41, who wed in October 2019, are also parents to three-year-old Cy. 

Last week, she appeared to accidentally reveal the name of her second child when she was seen in the city with a beaded keychain.

On that keychain were two names. One was Cy, her first child, and the second name was Louie, which could be the moniker of her second baby. 

The actress first shared news of her second pregnancy publicly when her representative confirmed the details to Vogue in an article released in October 2024.

Jessica and Cooke married at the Belcourt mansion in Newport, Rhode Island.

He has worked as the art gallery director for Gladstone Gallery in New York City since 2022. 

A source close to the actress had previously dropped a clue as to when the Golden Globe winner may become a mother again. 

In October, an insider teased to People magazine that her son Cy ‘will be three when the new baby arrives’.

‘She loves being a mom. She’s thrilled to be pregnant again. It feels like the perfect timing to her. Her son will three when the new baby arrives.’ 

During a 2022 interview with Vogue, Lawrence discussed the joy of becoming a first-time mother, revealing that the birth of her son Cy made her feel like her entire life had started anew.

‘I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing,’ she gushed.

While speaking at the Cannes Film Festival this year, Jennifer confessed that having children has transformed her outlook on her career, describing motherhood as both ‘brutal and incredible.’

She added: ‘Well, having children changes everything.

‘It changes everything in your life. Yet it’s brutal and amazing. They’re part of every decision regarding my work — if, where, and when I work.

‘It has taught me emotions I never knew I could feel. My job centers around emotion, and they’ve enriched my understanding. It makes me feel almost like a blister, incredibly sensitive.’

‘So they’ve changed my life, obviously, for the best, and they’ve changed me creatively. I highly recommend having kids if you want to be an actor.’
