Jessica Alba has officially ended her marriage to Cash Warren, a year after initiating divorce proceedings following nearly 20 years together.
The pair, who entered marriage in 2008 without a prenuptial agreement, have decided against any alimony payments to each other.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, they will maintain joint custody of their three children: daughters Honor, aged 17, and Haven, aged 14, along with their son Hayes.
In the asset division, Warren is set to receive a $3 million payout, which includes their $10 million Beverly Hills home purchased in 2017.
This amount will be distributed in two non-taxable installments of $1.5 million each, with the first payment due immediately and the second following in a year.
The sum will be doled out to him in two non-taxable payments of $1.5 million apiece, one to be made now and the next one in a year.
When Alba filed for divorce last February, she had asked to drop the legal surname Warren and have her maiden name restored, a task that has now been completed.
The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s representative for comment.
