Kenya Moore, known for her several standout seasons on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” was fired from the show amid filming for season 16. At the time, rumors began circulating that Moore was engaged in a battle with newcomer Brit Eady that ended with Moore allegedly showing sexually explicit photos of the woman during an all-cast event.
Following the initial reports, Kenya Moore denied the claims of revenge porn and also shared she was threatened with a gun. Eady refuted the claims; however, during the latest episode, which aired on March 30, 2025, viewers saw part one of the women’s feud, and based on the clip, Eady did bring up firearms, specifically “pistol[s]” and “whips.” Now, Moore is speaking out.

Eady Mentioned Guns And “Whips” During Argument With Kenya Moore
Since the first episode of season 16, Eady hasn’t seen eye-to-eye with Moore, who, for the most part, had been respectful and welcoming to the newbie.
In the latest episode, Eady sparked controversy again after claiming Moore had an issue with her because she didn’t hug her properly.
Later, Eady’s antics continued when, during a card game, she asked Moore why she couldn’t “speak to Brit kindly and not with an attitude?”
After Moore assured Eady that there was no problem between them, things got spicy when the latter began displaying aggressive behavior.
“Peasants cannot come for a queen,” Moore, who won Miss USA in 1993, told her.

As the episode was winding down, viewers saw the editors break the fourth wall, showing the women getting their microphones taken off before being allowed to leave the scene.
During this time, Eady began getting extremely rowdy, mentioning her “pistol” and “whips.” Eventually, she met up with her husband and continued making reckless comments, including that she had to “let that b-tch [Kenya Moore] know.”
“This is real life,” Eady continued. “I don’t play them type of games. You gon be respectful. You gon be respectful around here, and if you don’t know, you gon learn today. Today is the day you gon learn.”

What Happened Between Kenya Moore and Eady After The Gun Comment?

Following the situation in episode 4, Moore allegedly responded during her all-cast event, in which sources claimed the reality star displayed inappropriate pictures of Eady on a poster board.
Moore immediately denied the allegations, saying she’d “never” participate in revenge porn. In fact, she went further, stating, “I have never distributed private images or footage of anyone, nor solicited images owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail.”
Later, the mother of one and business owner posted a message in her Instagram Stories, reminding her fans that she’s “always been vindicated.”
“I can’t talk about STORY even with people planting fake news,” she said.

Kenya Moore Speaks Out On Social Media
Being the longest standing RHOA member threatened with whips and pistols by a newcomer 3 weeks into filming.
Seeing this obsession play out is scary. I wanted protection and assurances that the threats would be taken seriously.
I may be strong but I’m not bulletproof. #RHOA

Since the alleged poster board incident, Bravo fans knew Moore had been let go from the series. However, the Kenya Moore Hair Care owner was prohibited from sharing her version of events.
After the most recent episode aired, showcasing the beginning of the ladies’ disagreement, Moore opened up about the situation on X, formerly Twitter, saying Eady’s words were “scary.”
“Being the longest standing RHOA member threatened with whips and pistols by a newcomer [three] weeks into filming,” she wrote. “Seeing this obsession play out is scary. I wanted protection and assurances that the threats would be taken seriously.”
She continued, “I may be strong, but I’m not bulletproof.”

Fans Are Defending Moore Following Eady’s Comments
Brit should have been fired from this show the second she threatened gun violence on another cast member. Production did not protect Kenya at all and did not take her demands seriously. I’m disgusted and disappointed #RHOA pic.twitter.com/L4n0phu1B6

Online, fans have been responding to the episode and coming to Moore’s defense.
“Did production genuinely think that we, the fans, would watch this play out and take Brit’s side over Kenya?” someone asked.
Someone else agreed, saying episode 4 should’ve been the “last time” viewers saw Eady on their screens.
“She’s clearly not Housewives material because threatening Kenya with gun violence is so low. They don’t even get this ghetto on ‘Love & Hip Hop.'”
A third fan believes Brit “should have been fired” from the series instead of Moore. They slammed the producers for not protecting the latter or taking her requests for safety seriously. “I’m disgusted and disappointed,” they finished.
Other Housewives Speak Out About The Incident, Too

Other Bravo stars, namely Kandi Burruss, defended Moore following the allegations of revenge porn. According to the “No Scrubs” hitmaker, who departed the series after 14 consecutive seasons, Eady’s reckless comments triggered something in Moore.
“The ladies on our show and on different shows on reality TV, when you say something to someone, or you make a threat, or you come at somebody in a negative way, you do not get to determine how strong the shade or whatever it is that’s coming back at you. So that is my thing,” Burruss said.
