Lindsay Lohan made a rare appearance on the red carpet with her husband, Bader Shammas, at the world premiere of “Freakier Friday.” The event took place at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Tuesday.

The 39-year-old former child actress has not publicly confirmed undergoing cosmetic surgery like Kris Jenner from “The Kardashians.” However, her facial features appeared noticeably tighter than they did seven years ago.

When asked directly by ELLE in May about plastic surgery rumors, Lindsay scoffed: ‘I’m like, when? With what time? Where?’

‘My skin changed after having my son [Luai]. It got really sensitive,’ Lohan explained.

‘That’s what prompted me to completely overhaul my routine, diet, and everything. I had blood tests done because I wanted to know all my allergies. I eliminated everything I was intolerant to. That’s when things really started to change for me.’

For the purple carpet, the Mean Girls star donned a rhinestone-strapped pink Miu Miu gown and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry selected by stylist Andrew Mukamal.

She toted a bedazzled microphone as a nod to her character’s fictional band Pink Slip, which dropped a new version of Take Me Away on July 11. 

Hairstylist Danielle Priano coiffed Lindsay’s waist-length blonde waves and make-up artist Ash K. Holm fully contoured her flawless complexion.

Lohan originally met the 37-year-old financier in 2019 at a restaurant in Dubai – three years after she moved to the United Arab Emirates city.

The married couple of two years celebrated their son Luai’s second birthday last Thursday.

Lindsay told ELLE that her son Luai ‘needs a kid to play with’ as she teased having more children: ‘I don’t know if it’s selfish — but I’m like, “I need more than one kid to take care of me when I’m older.”‘

Lohan was also joined in Hollywood by her onscreen mother Jamie Lee Curtis, who was wearing a red long-sleeve mini-dress. 

The close castmates – who’ve kept in touch over the years – hit the stage to speak to the gathered crowd of excited fans during the film festivities. 

The SAG Award nominee executive produced and reprised her role opposite the 66-year-old Oscar winner in Nisha Ganatra’s mother-daughter swap sequel Freakier Friday, which hits US/UK theaters August 8.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 22 years since Lindsay and Jamie portrayed Anna and Tess Coleman in Mark Waters’ critically-acclaimed remake of Freaky Friday, which amassed $160.8M at the global box office.

Curtis told People on Tuesday: ‘I know I can trust her. I can’t say that about a lot of people. I do know that if I tell her something, it’s gonna stay with her. We’ve both been through hard things, because we’re alive and life is hard. 

‘And we’re not dead yet. So the truth of our experience together, it belies all of the kind of showbizzy stuff. We connected, and we really stayed connected. And that is special and rare for me.’

Lohan added: ‘”Safe” is a very important word to me. I have to feel safe around people. And Jamie is one of those people for me. Like, I feel very safe with you. I feel safe telling you things. So it’s — I know you said “trust,” but for me it’s “safe.”‘

The supernatural comedy marks Long Island-born Lilo’s first theatrically released leading role in 18 years after overshadowing her acting career with six court-ordered rehab stints and other Hollywood wild child antics. 

The Old Navy brand ambassador made sure to pose with her castmates Manny Jacinto, Ann Marie Sanderlin, Disney co-chairman Alan Bergman, Julia Butters, director Nisha Ganatra, and Sophia Hammons. 

Lindsay also enjoyed enjoyed a mini-Parent Trap reunion with Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hedrix, who portrays Blake Kale in Freakier Friday.
