Lizzo took to Instagram on Thursday to display her extraordinary weight loss in stripped down side-by-side photos.
The 37-year-old musician, who was recently seen with her boyfriend Myke Wright, shared mirror selfies wearing paper undergarments while praising wellness expert Flávia Lanini.
She wrote in the caption, ‘THIS IS A @flavialanini APPRECIATION POST,’ before detailing how she’s slimmed down in recent months.
‘The photo on the left is my first time getting lymphatic massage from Flavia, and the right is the most recent!’ she noted.
She then revealed: ‘Here’s the truth! I work extremely hard, exercising three times a week, using the sauna daily, and doing cardio. I’ve reintroduced animal protein into my meals, employed a chef to assist with meal prepping, and monitor my calorie deficit. I’ve also stopped consuming sugary Starbucks drinks, full-fat sodas, and potato chips.’

Lizzo, born Melissa Jefferson, said she ‘quit drinking for the longest’ but has reincorporated it into her lifestyle because ‘I earned it.’
Outlining her physical activity, she listed, ‘I play pickleball and hike and walk on the beach and move my body and dance and drink water.’
To her nearly 12 million followers, she added, ‘I detox monthly! Plus, I undergo holistic body treatments, wood therapy, and lymphatic massages. I’m so pleased and proud of my achievements, and nobody can take that away from me.’
It comes after the About Damn Time hitmaker spoke openly about her health journey in a new interview with Women’s Health.
Within the issue, she revealed she’s adopted a high-protein, low-carb diet to help hit her goals.
She starts her day with a go-to breakfast of two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a cauliflower hash brown.
For lunch, she eats a shredded Thai chicken salad or lettuce wraps stuffed with tuna or sliced chicken breast.
And for dinner, the entertainer often chooses turkey meatloaf with cauliflower mashed potatoes and green beans.

Lizzo was a guest on Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast in April, where she discussed her ‘weight release journey.’
Addressing her shrinking frame, she declared, ‘I have been on an intentional weight release journey.’
The singer-songwriter said, ‘I put it on the internet. I posted about it, and I think over the last year and a half, as I’ve been doing it, my body has been changing — very slowly — but I don’t think people were paying attention.’
She opened up, ‘I was still very anti-fatphobia on this entire journey. But I think that we gotta remember: everybody’s not seeing your sh*t all the time, everybody’s not seeing every video you post, everybody’s not privy to what you’re going through.’
And Lizzo acknowledged, ‘I think [my weight loss] was shocking to a lot of people.’
