Megan Fox has welcomed her fourth child, her first with former fiancé Machine Gun Kelly, as the musician shared in a heartfelt announcement disclosing they’ve had a daughter.

“She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed,” MGK, 34, wrote on Instagram, accompanying a black and white video where he gently held his newborn daughter’s hand next to his chest on Thursday, March 27. He shared that their daughter was born earlier the same day.

Megan, 38, shared the news that they were expecting their first child together in a November 11, 2024, Instagram post. However, the couple broke up a month later after a four-year on-and-off relationship.

The Jennifer’s Body actress is also a mom to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. As for MGK, he also has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, from a past relationship.

Megan wiped her Instagram of all photos in November 2024 to let the pregnancy announcement shine. Her post featured a photo of herself covered in what appeared to be black ink while photo cradling her baby bump, as well as a positive pregnancy test snapshot. It remains the only post on her Instagram page.

“Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” the Transformers star wrote in the caption. Megan seemingly referred to a previous pregnancy loss she suffered with MGK.

“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” the Tennessee native said on Good Morning America in November 2023.

Megan wrote about the miscarriage in two poems in her book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which was released on November 7, 2023.

“I want to hold your hand/ hear your laugh … but now / I have to say / goodbye,” she wrote.

Megan and MGK reportedly split after spending the Thanksgiving weekend of 2024 together in Vail, Colorado.

TMZ reported on December 10, 2024, that Megan allegedly found “upsetting” material on MGK’s phone during their trip and pulled the plug on their romance. The pair got engaged in January 2022 after falling in love while filming the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass.

Both Megan and MGK have yet to make a public comment about their split.

On the day the New Girl alum gave birth, Brian, 51, blasted MGK after allegedly receiving a heated DM from the “Bloody Valentine” artist.

“Stop asking when our child is gonna born. You the FEDS,” MGK wrote to Brian, in an alleged message via Instagram about when his baby with Megan was arriving. “Quit calling TMZ and focus on that apology you owe me for speaking on my name in public.”

He added to the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, “You chose the wrong one to f–k with mr child actor. Go back to cereal commercials.”

Brian, who has since deleted the Instagram post, wrote alongside the screenshot, “I didn’t know ‘child actor’ was something bad. Leo [DiCaprio], careful. He may be coming for you next,” referring to how the Oscar winner also got his acting start as a child.
