Bam Margera is out of custody after posting a $50,000 bail. He stated that he has been in drug and alcohol treatment this year and is living with Lamar Odom, a former Los Angeles Lakers star.

Jess Margera, brother of the “Jackass” star Bam Margera, testified that he wants his brother to receive help. He talked about Margera’s problematic behavior over the past 20 years, which became worse during a troubling two-week visit in April that Jess Margera described as both frightening and unpredictable.

The said altercation started when the “Jackass” star Bam Margera became upset after reading a suggestive text for him to seek mental health treatment. He reacted by physically assaulting his brother, Jess Margera.

“Jackass” star Bam Margera reportedly hit Jess Marger on the nose and ear, rupturing his eardrum. Additionally, the “Jackass” star Bam Margera kicked in the door of Jess Margera’s girlfriend’ room, prompting her to call the authorities.

In a FOX News report, the “Jackass” star Bam Margera reportedly left his home on foot and escaped into a wooded area behind the property when law enforcement arrived after receiving a domestic disturbance call. The said incident took place in Pocopson Township, Chester County. The “Jackass” star Bam Margera eventually surrendered to the authorities.

Prosecutors decide todrop two of the four charges of terroristic threats against the “Jackass” star Bam Margera. These charges were related to the allegations that the “Jackass” star Bam Margera threatened to shoot some of his family members and left a threatening note for his brother. Both “Jackass” star Bam Margera’s brother and the prosecutors did not suggest that the “Jackass” star Bam Margera had access to a gun.

Judge Albert Iacocca asked Bam Margera about his motivation for seeking treatment and Bam Margera’s response was that he wanted to see his 5-year-old son, Phoenix.
