Nicole Kidman will become the primary residential parent of her daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, amid her divorce from Keith Urban.

Legal records accessed by Daily Mail reveal that the actress, 58, and the country singer, 57, have come to an unconventional parenting arrangement. Nicole will have custody for 306 days, leaving Keith with 59 days.

Keith will have the kids from 10am on Saturdays to 6pm on Sundays every other weekend, while Nicole will care for them the rest of the time. 

The separated couple has also divided significant occasions with their daughters. Nicole will spend Mother’s Day and Easter with them, while Keith will share Father’s Day and Thanksgiving. 

Additionally, the agreement notes that Nicole and Keith will jointly make important decisions about their daughters. Moreover, neither will receive monthly child support since Keith has ‘already prepaid all child support obligations’.

Despite the divorce, both stars will still ‘provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the children.’

Kidman and Urban also must not ‘speak badly of each other’ or about other family members.

The former couple will ‘encourage’ their children to ‘love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.’ 

The stars are also required to take a ‘mandated parenting seminar’ within 60 days of the divorce filing. 

The notarised parenting plan was signed by the Oscar winner on September 6, while her estranged husband signed on August 29, a few days earlier.

The former couple have waived both child and spousal support, and agreed to split court costs evenly.

Nicole filed for divorce from Keith on Tuesday after 19 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

The former partners have been living separately due to their busy filming and touring schedules. An insider previously informed the Daily Mail that Kidman was caught off guard by the breakup.

A source has also claimed to the Daily Mail that Urban has already moved on with a younger woman in the music industry.

The well-placed Nashville music business PR source said: ‘The rumor is that he’s with a younger woman in the business. It’s all everyone is talking about. Everyone wants to know who, but so far, that’s a mystery.’ 

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban for comment and has yet to hear back. 

Kidman was previously married to Tom Cruise, 63, for 11 years from 1990 to 2001. They adopted two children together: Isabella, 32, and Connor, 30. 

At this time, Urban who is renting his own home in Music City, is allegedly showing no signs of wanting to reconcile.

Those in Kidman’s circle say that merely the suggestion of him with someone else after their separation has been difficult for her to process.

The Australian actress and Urban were last seen together publicly in June this year, when they were pictured attending a FIFA World Cup match in Nashville, Tennessee.

The country star has been away for much of the year on his High and Alive World Tour. He is due to perform in Hershey, Pennsylvania on Thursday.

Kidman and the children, meanwhile, have remained in Nashville, where the couple own a $4million compound.

In July, Urban dropped a hint that all was not well between the pair when he dramatically hung up during a phone interview with a radio station after a crude question about Kidman’s raunchy recent scenes, such as in her movies Babygirl and A Family Affair.

For her part, and while promoting her Netflix series The Perfect Couple back in September last year, Kidman admitted there was no such thing as a ‘perfect’ marriage.

‘There’s no perfect anything,’ she said, ‘anything that’s presented as perfect… forget it.’ 

Earlier that year, Kidman said she was ‘so lucky’ to have met the singer.

‘I’m so lucky that I have Keith who’s just my love, my deep, deep love,’ she told People magazine.

‘I’m so lucky that I have Keith… that gives me the ability to go and do whatever I have to do because I know where I can come back,’ she added.
