Pharrell Williams has rapidly risen to become one of the most successful and emulated pop stars globally. During his lively performance on the second day of T In The Park in Scotland, he was more than willing to spread the joy.

Sporting one of his signature oversized hats and a collection of flashy accessories to highlight his hip-hop origins, Pharrell captivated fans with a medley of both his classic and newer hits. In a moment of flair, he delighted the audience by showing off his impressive abs while moving energetically across the stage.

At 41, Pharrell continues to showcase his entrepreneurial spirit, donning one of his own creations—a Billionaire Boys Club hoodie. Interestingly, this time he opted for a variant from the Billionaire Girls Club line.

Tens of thousands of music fans enjoyed the second day of T in the Park, with some of the other big name acts appearing including Calvin Harris and Paolo Nutini.

Revellers swapped their sunglasses for waterproofs and wellies as rain fell over Balado in Kinross-shire during the afternoon.

Organisers described the opening day atmosphere of the weekend-long event as ‘tremendous’ as the crowds said farewell to the site after 18 years of hosting the festival.

The stage will be packed up at Balado tomorrow for the final time after Arctic Monkeys perform as the festival moves to the Strathallan Castle estate in Perthshire next year.

Other performers over the weekend include the headliners of T in the Park’s first year in Kinross-shire – the Charlatans and Paul Weller.

Pharell declared that his love for music was as strong as ever.

‘It always meant the same thing that it means now,’ he insisted, ‘it feels amazing.’
