Savannah Chrisley opened up about cosmetic surgery on the latest episode of her Unlocked podcast.

The 27-year-old platinum blonde TV star — who got close to President Donald Trump in order to help secure her parents’ pardon from prison — had an open discussion with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Charlie Galanis, where she revealed why she decided to undergo liposuction.

‘I was dealing with all kinds of issues due to my endometriosis,’ she recounted about what led her to surgery. ‘I had taken this medication and gained 40 pounds in just three months. It was insane. Plus, I had to do a campaign shoot and I was unhappy with my appearance.’

Endometriosis is a condition characterized by tissue that normally lines the uterus growing elsewhere in the body. 1 in 10 women experience it.

Chrisley also spoked about the terrible rhinoplasty that left her nose crooked.

In the episode, titled ‘Be Curious, Not Judgmental,’ Chrisley shared that a higher cost doctor doesn’t always translate to better results.

‘I got my nose done by a guy in Beverly Hills, and he was known as the “it guy.” I went and got it done and it was literally crooked,’ she detailed.

‘I was like, this does not look good,’ she added before sharing that she went to ‘one of my dad’s friends to fix it.’

Now, she says about her nose, ‘I love it, looks great.’

She further stressed that ‘just because [plastic surgery] costs a certain amount or just because [a doctor] has worked with various celebrities],’ it doesn’t ensure a satisfactory result.

The Chrisley Knows Best alum didn’t say exactly when she had her liposuction, but noted that it was ‘a while ago,’ while adding that it ‘happened fast,’ taking place just one week after her virtual consultation.

‘I went to Beverly Hills, mom [Julie Chrisley] went with me, I did the surgery. And for me, it was just, I felt like s**t. I didn’t like how I looked,’ she remembered.

She pointed out, ‘If you don’t like how you look, it doesn’t just take a toll on you physically, but emotionally and mentally.’

Post-procedure, Savannah regained her confidence.

‘Speaking from personal experience, when I got my lipo done, I felt like… when you can look in the mirror and see a difference, it made me want to live healthier.

‘When I saw the results, I was like, oh my gosh. I wanna keep this up,’ she said of the life-changing ordeal.

And she said she looked like a ‘totally different human being’ afterward.

Savannah’s parents Todd, 56, and Julie Chrisley, 52, were both convicted in 2022 for orchestrating a $30 million bank fraud and tax evasion scheme.

They were serving multi-year sentences before they were pardoned by President Donald Trump in May, due to their daughter’s staunch advocacy for their release.

During a press conference in Nashville, Tennessee in May, the media personality slammed critics and defended her persistent efforts to free her mom and dad.

‘Obviously the biggest misconception right now is that I either paid for a pardon or slept for a pardon,’ she said to a hoard of media outlets.

‘That’s the biggest misconception right now, and if people knew the countless hours and the money and the time that I spent going to D.C., literally with not a meeting scheduled, and I just got on a plane and went and said, “I’m going to be in the right room at the right time and meet the right people…”‘ she added.
