Jack Nicholson’s eldest of six grandchildren – Sean Norfleet – was reportedly arrested for felony domestic violence in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old techno producer was alleged to have assaulted an unidentified woman and was both booked and released on bond the same day, as reported by The U.S. Sun.
Sean, who has a previously clean record, could face a maximum of four years in state prison if convicted, and his next court appearance is set for August 26.
A spokesperson from the LAPD’s Pacific Division indicated to the outlet that a mugshot of Norfleet would not be released. Norfleet’s mother is Jennifer Nicholson, daughter of the 88-year-old movie star.
The musician, whose stage name is Cutter Mattock, is publicly known as Sean Knight Nicholson, although his mother Jennifer was married to his father Mark Norfleet from 1997 to 2003.
