Sharon Osbourne appeared to be in high spirits as she attended Elton John’s Oscars viewing party on Sunday, accompanied by her son Jack.
At 73, the TV icon joined a host of celebrities at the renowned musician’s annual event, which supports his AIDS foundation.
Jack marked his first public appearance since welcoming his newborn daughter earlier this month, joining his mother at the celebration.
A heartwarming moment on the red carpet captured Sharon gazing fondly up at her son, the two sharing a meaningful glance.
For the occasion, Sharon opted for a chic ensemble, donning a black suit paired with an open-collar white shirt and accented by a white rose brooch.
Jack, on the other hand, looked sharp in a sleek black suit, maintaining a fresh appearance despite his recent hectic schedule.

Jack and his wife Aree announced they had welcomed their daughter on March 5 and have named the newborn after his late father Ozzy Osbourne.
Revealing her name Jack captioned the post: ‘Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne’ in a heartfelt tribute to the late rockstar.
He added on his Story: ‘She’s arrived and she’s perfect’ as friends and fans rushed to the comments to send their congratulations.
Jack’s father Ozzy died at the age of 76 on July 22, 2025, just 17 days after he performed a finale concert with his band Black Sabbath in England, which saw Jack and the entire Osbourne family travel from Los Angeles to Birmingham.
Jack and Aree announced they were expecting their second child together in December shortly after Jack’s appearance on I’m A Celeb. They are already parents to daughter Maple, three.
Meanwhile Sharon has made the heartbreaking decision to move away from the Buckinghamshire home where Ozzy is buried.
While Ozzy is buried in the grounds of Buckinghamshire Welders House, the Grade II listed building originally purchased by Ozzy and Sharon in 1993, the couple’s three children, Aimee, Jack and Kelly, as well as their five grandchildren, have returned to their homes in Los Angeles.

And after spending the Christmas holidays in LA with her children, Sharon has now decided to split her time evenly between her UK home and a new apartment in Los Angeles, spending ‘half the year at least’ on the West Coast, according to The Sun.
According to one source, the move could become permanent, with expectations that she will ‘probably just spend most of her time in the US again within a couple of years’.
Sharon is also a doting grandmother to Jack’s daughters – Pearl, Andy Rose, Minnie Theodora and Maple Artemis – and also to Kelly’s little boy, Sidney, and misses being a part of their daily lives, insiders say.
Sharon, who worked alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh on the now-defunct ITV show, The X Factor, has a huge network in Los Angeles, where she and Ozzy lived for 20 years.
Their hit reality show, The Osbournes, which ran from 2002 to 2005, was filmed primarily at the family home in Beverly Hills’ prestigious Hancock Park neighbourhood.
Yet Ozzy, who grew up in Aston, Birmingham, had always insisted he wanted to return to England to die.
As his health failed, the US property was put on the market, with an asking price of $18million, which prompted Sharon to make renovations to ensure their UK home was fit for his increasing needs.
She planned to include a ‘rehabilitation wing’ to help him learn to walk again, and had an extension built for a nurse’s flat for an on-site carer to provide round-the-clock care.
The renovation also boasted a ‘health and welfare exercise studio’, an ‘art studio room’ and ‘pool house orangery’ complete with spa, wet room and changing area.
To make sure that Ozzy could get fit in private, a 2.4m high fence was installed to keep out prying eyes, and the CCTV monitoring their grounds was upgraded.
