Simon then challenges three employees to ‘impress him’ however, their first pizzas are not up to par.
He tells them: ‘Terrible, pathetic, I hate it.’
Nevertheless, a few pizzas manage to impress the TV personality, leading him to inform a bunch of employees, who are nervously holding hands like talent show contestants: ‘It’s a yes.’
At the end, one customer is surprised by the familiar face behind the register.
After Simon hands the customer their pizza, they call a friend on the phone and shockingly say ‘Guess who works at Domino’s?’
The next 30-second ad is similar and emphasises the importance of placing toppings correctly.
Simon tells one employee during the opening: ‘Topping distribution: horrible.’
‘That’s a million percent no,’ he tells another employee, who replies, ‘Noted.’

Simon then invites three employees to ‘impress him’; however, their initial pizza attempts fall short of his expectations as he critiques: ‘Terrible, pathetic, I hate it.’

Despite this, certain pizzas do win over the TV personality, prompting him to tell a group of employees anxiously linking hands like contestants on a talent show, ‘It’s a yes.’
However, the employees impress Simon by the end of his review run as he says ‘It’s a definite yes’ with a smile.
The collaboration was a natural fit for the pizza chain, as Domino’s Senior Vice President Kate Trumbull mentioned that Simon ‘demands excellence’ both on and off the stage, which Simon concurs with.
He stated in a release: ‘Domino’s demands greatness. They have perfected the art of delivering the perfect pizza. Domino’s is a definite yes from me.’
