This year, the music mogul, aged 66, chose to celebrate the festive season in the sunny climes of Barbados. Joining him and his partner, Lauren Silverman, was none other than his former flame, Terri Seymour.

While Cowell maintained a low profile during their getaway, Silverman, 48, and Seymour, 51, were spotted enjoying a leisurely walk along the beach. The two women appeared at ease, sharing laughter and conversation as they strolled barefoot on the sand.

Seymour was seen sporting a chic look, donning a striped swimsuit paired with oversized white trousers and dark sunglasses. Her long hair flowed freely, adding to her stylish beach ensemble.

While he kept a low profile on the trip, Ms Silverman, 48, and entertainment reporter Ms Seymour, 51, were photographed strolling along the beach together, looking relaxed and in high spirits.

The pair appeared at ease in each other’s company, laughing and chatting as they walked barefoot along the sand. Ms Seymour cut a stylish figure in a striped swimsuit and oversized white trousers, which she paired with dark sunglasses, and wore her long hair loose.

Ms Silverman, who got engaged to Cowell in 2021 after an eight-year relationship, opted for green swimwear, a patterned sarong and oversized shades. She styled her hair in a ponytail.

At one point, the pair stopped to take pictures together, smiling broadly as they documented their sunny Christmas outing.

After a visit to an open-air bar, the celebrations reportedly extended into the evening, with Cowell pictured reclining on an outdoor sofa surrounded by family and friends.

The TV producer and recording executive has long spoken about the importance of family in his life, particularly since becoming a father to Eric, 11, whom he shares with Ms Silverman.

Eric is known to be close to Ms Seymour, who has remained a trusted friend of Cowell’s despite their romantic relationship ending in 2008.

He and Ms Seymour, who is British but works in television in the US, were together for six years before calling time on their romance. Ms Silverman has described Ms Seymour as ‘family’ and insisted there has never been any rivalry between them.

The trio are known to spend time together, and previously came together for the Easter holidays in 2023 and 2024.
