Colin Jost and Michael Che skewered this week’s biggest headlines in the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live.”

One of Che’s biggest laughs of the night came in name-checking imprisoned rap mogul Diddy and his alleged proclivity for baby oil at his parties, saying, “In an anonymous survey of oil executives, many of them think President Trump’s ‘Drill, baby, drill’ message is a miss and his tariffs are a disaster. But there’s one billionaire oil man who still supports Donald Trump: Diddy.”

Che later brought up one of the week’s biggest internet sensations, saying, “Fitness influencer Ashton Hall has made headlines this week — you know this guy, right? With his morning routine videos that have garnered nearly 1 billion views online. Here to comment is our very own Devon Walker.”

From there, Walker showed portions of his own “rise and grind” routine, which parodied Hall’s video by showing the comedian making an avocado toast facial and sleeping in his dressing room.

Che also took a shot at the week’s biggest album, saying, “Will Smith has released his first new album in 20 years, and ironically, this album doesn’t slap.”

Elsewhere, Jost mocked a controversial new painting of Trump, saying, “Colorado officials have removed a portrait of President Trump from the state capitol after Trump complained that it didn’t look good, calling it ‘purposefully distorted.’ In the artist’s defense, Trump did pose for the portrait with a hamburger inside his mouth.”

Other targets on the news satire segment included JD Vance, Kristi Noem and the Pete Hegseth Signal controversy.
