Sofia Vergara has again been seen with handsome 39-year-old businessman Douglas Chabbott.

The two were side-by-side as they left an Oasis concert in Pasadena, California on Sunday.

Vergara looked slender in a black sleeveless top with blue jeans and a white Chanel crossbody purse on as she wore her light brown hair down.

Her date had on black sunglasses as he modeled a pea green Prada jacket over a black T-shirt with blue jeans.

They were spotted together during the summer as well. Chabbott accompanied her while she celebrated her 53rd birthday at Nammos in Sardinia. A day before the celebration, Sofia shared a heartfelt message from Chabbott on her social media.

Vergara showcased a slender figure in a black sleeveless top paired with blue jeans, accessorized with a white Chanel crossbody bag, and her light brown hair cascading down. Her date sported black sunglasses and a pea green Prada jacket over a black T-shirt with blue jeans.

They also follow each other on social media.

In addition to his wealth, the Babson College alum is friends with several well-known personalities including Camilla Belle, Orlando Bloom, Derek Hough, and Dakota Johnson. 

Vergara and Chabbott have been seen together in Rome and Cannes, and now he was seated at her lively dinner table with friends and family. 

Chabbott, the attractive entrepreneur, was positioned just two seats away from Sofia, donning a black-and-white graphic shirt with a subtle smile as he joined the celebration.

Vergara is currently single after a brief romance with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman, following her high-profile split from Joe Manganiello. 

Months ago Sofia gave an insight into what she’s looking for in her next relationship, saying she wants her next boyfriend to be as rich as she is.

She admitted that she needs ‘fun in [her] life’ – but she isn’t interested in dating someone who isn’t financially independent.

Asked what she is looking for in her next relationship, Sofia said on the Today show: ‘I want to say the basic stuff, like health and somebody that loves me. And somebody tall, handsome.’

Both wore sneakers to the packed event that was not far from downtown Los Angeles

Around that time, Sofia shared a note from entrepreneur Chabbott, whom she has been romantically linked with in recent months

The Hollywood star – who was married to actor Joe between 2015 and 2024 – shared: ‘I’ve been single now for a year and a half, and I kind of panicked once I got divorced. I was like, “I’m 52, what’s gonna happen? Where am I going to find [someone]?”‘

Despite this, Sofia is still in no rush to find love. She said: ‘I’m not really in a hurry anymore.’

Last year, Sofia claimed that she can’t be too ‘picky’ about who she dates.

The brunette beauty finalized her split from Joe in 2024, but she remains open to the idea of dating another celebrity.

Sofia told People: ‘I mean, it’s already hard for a 50-something-year-old woman to find someone. I’m not going to be now picky about, “Oh, he can only be a doctor. Oh, he can only be an astronaut.” No, I mean, I’m not that picky.’
